Late:

At Vettä, we strive to provide a seamless and relaxing experience for all our guests.
During busy and peak times, locker availability is limited, and guest experience is
important. To ensure fair access and minimize disruptions, Vetta reserves the right to
the following:

• Regardless of circumstances, must check in within your 25 minute arrival window.
• Arrivals after the 25 minute window will be subject to a late fee of $20+HST.
• If you check in more than 1 hour late, you will forfeit your appointment without
  reimbursement.
• No early check-ins permitted.

Cancellations/Changes:

Cancellations/changes must be requested by phone (705-835-1500) or email (info@vettaspa.com)

Cancellations (48+ hours before reservation): Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

Cancellations (24–48 hours before reservation): Refunds will be issued as a Vettä Spa credit for use towards future services.

Cancellations (less than 24 hours before reservation): Subject to a $20+HST cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded as a Vettä Spa credit for use towards future services.

Reservation changes (less than 24 hours before reservation): Subject to a $20+HST change fee. 

No-shows (no call/email notification): No refunds or changes allowed; the full reservation amount will be charged. 

Late:

Please arrive on site 30 minutes before your scheduled massage time so that you have
time to complete your health questionnaire and prepare for your massage. Arriving late
will impact the amount of allotted time for your massage treatment.

• For a 9 AM appointment, check-in is at 8:45 AM.
• If you check in late on site, regardless of circumstances, there’s a 15-minute grace
  period from the start of the massage time. After that, you will forfeit your appointment
  without reimbursement and incur a $100 late/cancellation fee.

You may arrive to your massage in your robe or your clothes as your massage therapist
can provide you with a robe to change into after your treatment.

Vettä is open year round rain or shine. Our facilities have been designed so you can enjoy the Nordic Spa experience regardless of the weather.
Weather forecast do not affect your reservation and Vettä does not offer compensation for inclement weather.

We would like to let you in a little Vettä secret. Rainy days are quieter and magical. We have comfortable relaxation areas. Our saunas and hot baths will keep you warm.

Please note that in case of lightning/thunderstorms pools will be closed temporarily as per Health Regulations. All other amenities remain available.

Your reservation may be affected by unexpected operational issues with Vettä (e.g., power outages). In such rare circumstances, Vettä may need to cancel or modify your reservation. If your visit, excluding massage time, has exceeded three hours, including any F&B time, no compensation will be provided.

We recommend 2 1/2 to 3 hours which is how long the hydrotherapy cycle should take for optimal health benefits.
