The spa features a variety of saunas, a Finnish-inspired restaurant, and an in-spa bistro. It provides a serene environment for both social and quiet relaxation, with services including registered massages and other wellness treatments. FAQs
Late:
Please arrive on site 30 minutes before your scheduled massage time so that you have
time to complete your health questionnaire and prepare for your massage. Arriving late
will impact the amount of allotted time for your massage treatment.
- For a 9 AM appointment, check-in is at 8:45 AM.
- If you check in late on site, regardless of circumstances, there’s a 15-minute grace
period from the start of the massage time. After that, you will forfeit your appointment
without reimbursement and incur a $100 late/cancellation fee.
You may arrive to your massage in your robe or your clothes as your massage therapist
can provide you with a robe to change into after your treatment.
Cancellations/Changes:
Cancellations/changes must be requested by phone (705-835-1500) or email (info@vettaspa.com)
Reservations can be refunded to the original method of payment if cancelled at least 48
hours before the reservation time. A $100+HST fee will be charged for late arrivals, or
cancellations/changes within 48 hours, and the balance will be applied to a Vettä Spa
credit. Refunds will not be granted within 48 hours.
No shows and no notification (email/phone) will result in no reimbursement.

Yes! As long as the e-reader does not have a camera you may bring it.
Yes but only at the check-in desk and grab and go counter. Payment in the bistro and restaurant can be done with the RFID wristband.
A $75 replacement cost will be charged to your account.
